Sol enl at Wilmington, NC, sol applied 25 Sept 1818 Giles City, TN but was a resident of Lincoln City, TN, in 1820 had a wife age 58 & a son Curtis 16, in 1822 sol was living in Marion City, Ala and referred to sons Jesse & John, In 1836 sol stated his wife had recently died & was living with son in Lincoln County, TN, in 1822 one Joel Dodd lived in Lincoln County, Tenn. but relationship to sol not stated
