Attended the AdvancED Conference, Murfreesboro, TN 2011. Served as a
board member on the Education Committee of Nashville International
Academy during the Accreditation process done through AdvancED. Participated in writing the proposal for redesign the Blended College Algebra course; this is a combination of Intermediate Algebra and College Algebra, offered fall 2008-present. Book review, review of “Beginning & Intermediate Algebra”, 2nd edition by Messer Smith, 2008 Presented a paper on the 12th Annual Instructional Technology Conference, Murfreesboro, TN, 2007. The paper titled as “Let’s knock some classrooms walls and build a Web-Based learning, interactive multicultural environment among our online students” Paper was published on Education Resources Information center (ERIC)
Presented a paper on the 23rd Annual TNADE Conference,
Gatlinburg, TN, 2007. The paper titled as “Put the Earth in
your students’ hands, and knock down some classroom walls” Designed two Mathematics course online on WebCT then redesigned them on Desire to Learn (D2L) which are: Basic Calculus (MATH1830) and Basic Mathematics (DSPM0700). As a member in the AEAO/e-Learning Committee, designed the Math Virtual Learning Center on D2L and continue expanding the center materials to enhance students learning among TSU different discipline such as Math, Business, and Nursing.

Academic Enrichment, Advisement and Orientation Department: Member of the AEAO/Math Support Sub-Committee, 2010- present. Served on AEAO/Math Hiring committee, 2007 Gave a technology workshop for AEAO/Math faculties on “How to create a quiz online using D2L tools”. Created the Intermediate Algebra course template on the ICAN LEARN System offered on 2006 -2007 at Tennessee state university, AEAO/MATH. Created the Intermediate Algebra course template on the MY MATH LAB online within course compass website, which organizes interactive tutorials, video, quizzes, eBook reading, and other resources in each chapter of the course text book, offered 2007 – present. Also responsible for creating the AEAO/Math courses account on MY MATH LAB every semester. Provide the AEAO/Mathematics Center students with adequate learning resource by designing a website www.learn-to-success.com and my TSU faculty website to help and easy students access to all course documents needed during the learning process. Served as the chair person for the Intermediate Algebra Committee, 2006 – Present Community Served as a board member on the Education Committee of Nashville International Academy during the Accreditation process done through AdvancED, 2011
